If your order is eligible for a refund, we’ll issue a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price (including tax, if any) of the product. Refunds are only issued to the purchaser of the item. The shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not issue cash refunds. After 30 days items may not be returned. Customers are responsible for applicable restocking fees.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

What if I drop my cane?

Unfortunately, this situation is not covered under the warranty and is not returnable. We recommend grabbing a Cane Wrist Strap to keep your cane from falling.

What if I scratch or dent my cane?

This is not covered under the warranty.
