Return/Refund Policy

We strive to meet every customer’s needs. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery as long as it is in new condition and has not been modified. We’ll issue a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price (including tax, if any) of the product. Refunds are only issued to the purchaser of the item. The shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not issue cash refunds. After 30 days items may not be returned. A cane that has been shortened from its original manufactured size qualifies as an item that has been modified. If the item has been custom sized there is a 35% restocking fee. If you received free shipping on your order and your order is returned a shipping fee will be applied at $10.00.

What if I drop my cane?

Unfortunately, this situation is not covered under the warranty and is not returnable. We recommend grabbing a Cane Wrist Strap to keep your cane from falling.

What if I scratch or dent my cane?

This is not covered under the warranty.
